1.Mr.Thong Pok Heng – Independent Director

Mr.Thong Pok Heng , aged 38, Malaysian, is the founder and Director of the Agarwood Grower Scheme(AGS) Group of Companies. His entrepreneurial spirit, strong business acumen and visionary leadership are the factors which led the Group’s successful completion of several highly acclaimed projects. He has vast experience in banking and other financial services in general management derived from appointments in the public sector and in public companies in the private sector.

Mr.Thong Pok Heng does not have any conflict of interest with the Company and has not been convicted of any offences within the past 10 years.

2.Mr. Hailani Bin Md Rom- Non Independent Director

Mr. Hailani Bin Md Rom, aged 66, Malaysian was appointed as a Non Independent Director of Solid Gold 2u Berhad on 23 March 2010. Mr. Hailani Bin Md Rom has over 35 years of working experience in the plantation industry. His involvement in the plantation business started when he joined his father in setting up the plantation factory operation in Kuala Lumpur in 1967. Over the last 34 years he has been intensively involved in the development of the Group to become a leading plantation innovator and distributor in Malaysia.

Mr. Hailani Bin Md Rom does not have any conflict of interest with the Company and has not been convicted of any offences within the past 10 years.

3.Mr. Shaikh Waseemuddin- Non Independent Director

Mr. Shaikh Waseemuddin, aged 49, Vietnamese was appointed as a Non Independent Director of Solid Gold 2u Berhad on 23 March 2010. Mr. Shaikh Waseemuddin is principally involved in the supply, delivery, installation and established factory and other peripherals to the oil and gas industry. He is also a Director of several other private limited companies in Malaysia.

Mr. Shaikh Waseemuddin has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company. He does not have any conflict of interest with the Company and has not been convicted of any offences within the past 10 years.

4.Mr.Bryant Chai – General Managers

Mr. Bryant Chai, Malaysian was appointed as General Manager of Solid Gold 2u Berhad on the 25 January 2010. Mr. Bryant Chai has years of experience in various facets of corporate management, such as finance, programming, corporate affairs, and also has rich experience in sales and marketing in Singapore and Malaysia as well as overseas and knowledge in areas of corporate financing, management, corporate governance, international marketing, and project control. He is also a philanthropist and is involved in social welfare activities relating to education and child health.

Mr. Bryant Chai has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company. He does not have any conflict of interest with the Company and has not been convicted of any offences within the past 10 years.

5.Mr. Abdul Wahab Bin Dolleh

Mr. Abdul Wahab Bin Dolleh, Malaysian was appointed as Plantation Consultant of Agarwood Grower Scheme (AGS) on the 2 March 2010. He started his career in 1987 as a plantation developer where he had been actively involved in numerous projects. He also worked in several plantation business and timber industry for about thirty years.

Mr. Abdul Wahab Bin Dolleh has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company. He does not have any conflict of interest with the Company and has not been convicted of any offences within the past 10 years.

6.Mr. Tang Heyak Lai- Projects Managers

Mr. Tang Heyak lai, Malaysian was appointed as Projects Manager of Solid Gold 2u Berhad on the 2 February 2010. Mr. Tang Heyak Lai has over 15 years of experience in the field of Agarwood plantation and oil extraction factory. He started his business venture in the plantation industry in the early of 1990’s when he was involved in crops cultivation and contracting foreign workers from India, Pakistan and Thailand.

Mr. Tang Heyak lai has no family relationship with any Director and/or major shareholder of the Company. He does not have any conflict of interest with the Company and has not been convicted of any offences within the past 10 years.
