Transfer of plots

:  Growers Plot are freely transferable.

Transfer Fees   

:  100 USD per transaction.

Cooling Off Period

:  Ten (10) Busines Days after the date on which    the  applicant lodges the Application Form with the    Management Company during which period the     Applicant may withdraw or rescind the Application    without any deduction or penalty.
